Ihre Aufgaben
- Unterstützung des HR-Teams im operativen Tagesgeschäft
- Mitarbeit im Recruiting von der Stellenausschreibung bis zur Bewerberkommunikation
- Unterstützung beim Onboarding neuer Mitarbeitender
- Pflege von Personalstammdaten und Personalakten
- Erstellung von Bescheinigungen und weiteren HR-Dokumenten
- Unterstützende Tätigkeiten im Büromanagement
Was wir suchen
- Laufendes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftspsychologie, Sozialwissenschaften oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
- Interesse an Human Resources und modernen Personalprozessen
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office-Anwendungen (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Organisationstalent sowie eine strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
- Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen
- Hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Diskretion
- Sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Deutschkenntnisse
Verfügbarkeit: Als Werkstudent (m/w/d) 15 bis 20 Stunden pro Woche, oder als Praktikant (m/w/d) für 3 Monate Vollzeit nach Vereinbarung.
