Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential financial services organization in Frankfurt seeking a working student or intern to support their Human Resources team. You will:
- Support the HR team with day-to-day operational tasks
- Assist with recruitment activities from job postings through candidate communication
- Help facilitate onboarding for new employees
- Maintain employee master data and personnel files
- Prepare certificates and other HR documentation
- Provide general office management support
What We're Looking For
- Currently enrolled in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Social Sciences, or a comparable degree program
- Genuine interest in Human Resources and modern HR processes
- Proficient with MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with a structured and meticulous work approach
- Excellent communication abilities and enthusiasm for working with people
- High degree of responsibility and discretion
- Very good written and spoken German language skills
Availability: Working students: 15-20 hours per week. Interns: 3 months, full-time by arrangement.
