What This Role Involves

As a Banquero de Apoyo Patrimonial (Wealth Management Support Officer) in Iztapalapa, you will serve as a trusted advisor helping clients navigate complex financial decisions and structure their personal wealth effectively. You will combine financial expertise with relationship management, working directly with high-net-worth individuals to understand their objectives and recommend tailored banking solutions aligned with their long-term goals.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Assess client financial situations and recommend appropriate wealth management, investment, and banking solutions
• Maintain detailed client records and coordinate seamlessly across Citi's investment, credit, and advisory teams
• Prepare financial analyses, proposals, and supporting documentation for client presentation and review
• Conduct client meetings and follow-up communications to ensure satisfaction and strengthen relationships
• Support portfolio structuring, asset allocation discussions, and long-term wealth planning initiatives
• Ensure all transactions and activities comply with banking regulations and Citi's compliance standards
• Develop comprehensive knowledge of Citi's wealth management products, services, and competitive positioning

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration, or related discipline
• Prior experience in private banking, wealth management, or financial advisory environments
• Strong foundation in investment products, financial markets, and wealth structuring strategies
• Excellent analytical, communication, and relationship-building capabilities
• Fluency in both Spanish and English
• Proficiency with banking platforms, client relationship management systems, and financial software
• Commitment to client service excellence in a high-volume, relationship-focused setting
