Productivity Solutions Consultant (Microsoft)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential cloud marketplace organization seeking a Productivity Solutions Consultant focused on Microsoft technologies. This is a remote role based in the United States where you'll help channel partners accelerate cloud growth and digital transformation through strategic Microsoft solution selling.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic Microsoft-led opportunities from qualification through successful closure
• Partner with account executives, partner development managers, Microsoft teams, and technical specialists to accelerate deals
• Conduct business discovery conversations that uncover customer goals, challenges, and growth strategies
• Align Microsoft productivity, security, AI, and business application solutions to business outcomes
• Support partners through complex buying journeys involving multiple stakeholders and decision-makers
• Develop opportunity plans, maintain forecast accuracy, and ensure consistent pipeline health
• Act as a trusted advisor helping partners strengthen their Microsoft practice and expand recurring revenue
• Remove barriers, coordinate resources, and maintain momentum across strategic sales engagements

What We're Looking For

• Proven success in consultative solution selling, channel sales, account management, or business development
• Demonstrated experience supporting complex opportunities with multiple stakeholders and longer sales cycles
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft cloud technologies including Microsoft 365, Copilot, Security, and Business Applications
• Understanding of Microsoft partner programs, cloud marketplaces, and the broader channel ecosystem
• Ability to translate business goals into practical technology strategies and customer outcomes
• Strong commercial awareness with a track record of identifying expansion opportunities and growth drivers
• Experience managing pipelines, forecasts, and opportunity planning within Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
• Excellent communication, presentation, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills
• Collaborative mindset with ability to work effectively across sales, technical, and partner-facing organizations
• Knowledge of modern workplace technologies, cloud infrastructure, networking, and productivity solutions
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience
• Valid right to work in the United States

Pay

On-target earnings for this role start at $180,000 with a 55%/45% split between base salary and variable compensation.
