About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential business process services organization seeking a Manager- Enterprise Analytics to join their team in India. Our client needs an experienced analytics leader to drive the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-scale business intelligence projects. You will manage a dedicated team while defining BI strategy and ensuring high-quality dashboards and data models that support critical business decisions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-level business intelligence projects
- Manage and mentor a team of BI analysts and developers
- Define and execute the organization's BI strategy in collaboration with stakeholders
- Oversee the creation of dashboards, reports, and data models that drive business insights
- Ensure data quality, governance, and security standards across all analytics initiatives
- Partner with business leaders to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Establish best practices for data modeling, visualization, and reporting
What We're Looking For
- MCA, M.Sc., or equivalent degree in IT or a related field
- 10-12+ years of experience in business intelligence and analytics
- Strong expertise in Power BI, including both Desktop and Service components
- Advanced proficiency with DAX and Power Query (M language)
- Solid SQL skills and deep understanding of data modeling principles
- Experience with Azure or Microsoft Fabric (preferred)
- Strong grasp of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes
- Knowledge of data governance and security best practices
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Exposure to Azure Data Factory and Google Looker is a plus
- Knowledge of Python or R for advanced analytics (desirable)
