About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential e-commerce client in Karlsruhe for a Working Student Customer Care position. This role supports quality assurance and knowledge management within a customer operations team, ideal for students who enjoy structured, detail-oriented work and want practical exposure to how high-performing support organizations operate.

Responsibilities

  • Support quality assurance by reviewing customer cases against defined criteria and documenting findings for responsible teams
  • Maintain and improve the internal knowledge base by updating articles, identifying content gaps, and flagging outdated information
  • Identify recurring patterns in customer inquiries and share insights for process and content improvements
  • Assist Customer Care and Complaint Management teams with structured tasks, following established workflows and maintaining accurate documentation
  • Coordinate with Training & Knowledge Management colleagues to clarify open questions
  • Contribute to consistent service quality for a global customer base

What We're Looking For

  • Currently enrolled as a student with availability to commit over several months
  • Genuine interest in customer experience, operations, or quality assurance
  • Clear and precise communication in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Structured, reliable, and careful working style with strong attention to consistency
  • Comfortable learning digital tools and systems (e.g., ticketing platforms like Zendesk); prior experience helpful but not required
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize within clear guidelines
  • Curiosity and interest in continuous improvement
  • Nice to have: exposure to e-commerce, marketplace, or fintech environments; interest in quality assurance or knowledge management; experience creating structured content such as help articles or process documentation
