About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential AI technology organization in their search for an Enablement Lead focused on knowledge work adoption. This is a specialist post-sales role based in London, working with a hybrid model of three days per week in the office.
Our client is at the forefront of artificial intelligence deployment, helping enterprises transform how they work through advanced AI products. As Enablement Lead, you will design and deliver high-impact training and adoption programs that help organizations move from experimentation to sustained, organization-wide AI capability.
Responsibilities
- Own enablement strategies for enterprise AI products, defining effective patterns that support adoption across business and technical teams
- Serve as a subject matter expert for designated product areas, building deep expertise and identifying emerging customer use cases
- Lead customer enablement across the full lifecycle, from onboarding through expansion and long-term adoption
- Design and deliver engagements including onboarding sessions, capability trainings, executive briefings, hackathons, and hands-on workshops
- Drive measurable activation, sustained usage, and business value through structured enablement programs
- Partner with sales, solution architects, and delivery teams to accelerate product adoption
- Develop reusable training assets, playbooks, and best practices based on patterns observed across customers
- Gather and synthesize customer feedback from enablement engagements to inform product improvements
What We're Looking For
- 6+ years of experience in customer-facing enablement or instructional roles within complex enterprise environments
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills, particularly when engaging C-level, business, and technical audiences
- Strong product fluency with AI technologies and practical understanding of how AI capabilities apply to real-world enterprise workflows
- Proven experience leading workshops and enablement programs, including designing learning journeys and facilitating live sessions
- Ability to identify patterns across customers and translate them into scalable adoption approaches
- Track record of connecting product capabilities to concrete business outcomes such as productivity gains, operational efficiency, or cost reduction
- Comfort thinking on your feet in live customer environments, adapting to shifting priorities while maintaining clarity and momentum
- Humble attitude with eagerness to help others succeed and strong curiosity about emerging AI capabilities
- Commitment to safe and responsible AI evolution
