Senior Solutions Engineer- LATAM

Responsibilities

Our talent team is representing a confidential AI technology organization seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer for their LATAM region. In this role, you will:

• Lead technical discovery sessions to identify customer needs and business challenges
• Deliver exceptional pre-sales experiences by articulating product value and demonstrating technical expertise
• Conduct impactful, value-based solution reviews and in-depth technical sessions with prospective clients
• Design and lead tailored Proof of Concepts (POCs) that showcase platform capabilities
• Serve as the primary resource for RFPs and customer security questions, utilizing standardized materials and escalating complex issues when needed
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Engineering teams to represent the customer voice
• Build trust with customers by approaching challenges with empathy and curiosity
• Continuously improve processes and contribute to building best-in-class Solutions Engineering practices
• Commit to customer success by ensuring lasting value and proactively addressing challenges throughout the sales cycle

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Portuguese and Spanish fluency
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a technical sales role, managing C-Level technical and business relationships
• Strong technical acumen with experience conducting technical discovery and delivering high-impact value presentations
• Proven ability to solve problems independently while thriving in collaborative team environments
• Demonstrated time management skills in dynamic team environments
• Track record of quickly identifying and communicating value propositions throughout the sales cycle
• Experience translating complex business challenges into tailored solutions for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Background working closely with product and engineering teams to communicate customer feedback and influence product direction
• Familiarity with managing POCs, RFPs, and addressing complex security questions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for leading with empathy
• Willingness and ability to travel occasionally
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States is required
