Commercial Strategy Manager – Data Quality, KPI Monitoring, Processes (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential energy infrastructure organization seeking a Commercial Strategy Manager to oversee data quality, KPI monitoring, and process optimization across commercial operations.

In this role, you will:

• Own data quality, data standards, and data governance for the commercial function, ensuring consistency across project tracking platforms, CRM systems, and related tools
• Administer and continuously improve project management platforms, including field configuration, workflow design, reporting structures, and system customization
• Create, maintain, and automate dashboards and reports covering pipeline metrics, site status, and key performance indicators
• Consolidate data from multiple sources into a centralized reporting framework
• Support monthly and quarterly reporting deliverables for the Head of Commercial
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses to inform strategic decisions, business cases, and organizational planning
• Identify data quality issues and coordinate remediation efforts with relevant stakeholders
• Define, monitor, and evolve data quality rules and KPIs within commercial systems
• Design, document, and optimize commercial processes for Commercial Management and Account Management teams
• Train team members on platform usage and collaborate closely with IT teams on system enhancements and optimization initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a comparable field
• Advanced Excel skills and strong experience working with data
• Experience with or strong interest in BI and dashboard tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Analytical, structured, and detail-oriented working style
• Background in process management, data governance, or CRM system administration
• Ability to analyze data and communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders
• Proactive, reliable personality with excellent communication skills
• Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
• Continuous improvement mindset and enthusiasm for making processes more efficient
• Experience in charging infrastructure, energy, or infrastructure sectors is advantageous
