Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential international pharmaceutical organization seeking a senior-level controller for their Ulm location. In this role, you will:
- Create financial analyses, reports, KPIs, and dashboards to guide performance and support strategic decision-making
- Own planning, budgeting, forecasting, and closing processes while maintaining high data quality standards
- Analyze business development, identify opportunities and risks, and develop actionable recommendations
- Optimize and standardize controlling, reporting, and finance processes in accordance with internal policies
- Collaborate closely with functional departments and international teams, advising leadership on financial and strategic matters
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and budgeting
- Proficiency with financial planning and analysis tools and ERP systems (ideally S/4 HANA, HFM, Power BI, ThinkCell)
- Fluent German and English (written and spoken)
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic insights
