Senior Analyst, Pricing Operations

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential healthcare distribution organization seeking a Senior Analyst for their Pricing Operations team. This role plays a critical part in customer experience and financial performance by operationalizing customer, manufacturer, and group purchasing contracts with sound judgment and precision.

Our talent team is working exclusively with this client to find professionals who can manage complex pricing implementations, coordinate customer onboarding, and serve as a trusted liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders throughout the contract implementation process.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to align pricing for customer onboarding, group purchasing organization (GPO) transfers, and customer transitions
• Manage case plans, resources, and customer commitments throughout the implementation lifecycle
• Identify data requirements and gather relevant information to analyze complex pricing and contract situations
• Break down complex issues into manageable components and draw insights through logical analysis
• Ensure exceptional client experience by consistently meeting or exceeding expectations and delivering on service commitments
• Demonstrate empathy for customer concerns while identifying needs and responding appropriately
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency while maintaining accurate, high-quality transaction processing
• Optimize resource management for cost-effectiveness

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience preferred
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in pricing operations, contract administration, or related fields
• Customer-facing experience strongly preferred
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and relationship-building abilities
• Ability to effectively communicate with leadership, stakeholders, and customers at all levels
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, OneNote, PowerPoint, Word)
• Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Working knowledge in applying concepts and technical capabilities to varied tasks
• Ability to identify solutions to technical problems and take action independently
