About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential third-party logistics organization seeking a Pricing Analyst to join their team in Bernville, PA. This role sits at the intersection of finance, operations, and sales, developing competitive pricing models that drive profitable growth in contract logistics solutions. You'll work with cross-functional teams to analyze warehouse costs, build pricing strategies, and support business development with data-driven financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate, competitive, and profitable pricing solutions for contract logistics opportunities
• Analyze warehouse operating costs, financial data, and P&L performance to support pricing decisions
• Create and enhance pricing tools, templates, and methodologies to improve efficiency and consistency
• Establish and maintain pricing standards, best practices, and process documentation
• Ensure all pricing proposals align with company policies, financial objectives, and operational standards
• Collaborate with Business Development, Solutions Design, Finance, and Operations teams to deliver customer-focused pricing strategies
• Mentor and support new team members while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field preferred
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of pricing, cost accounting, or financial analysis experience within a 3PL or warehouse logistics environment
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of warehouse operations, cost modeling, P&L analysis, and contract logistics pricing methodologies; experience with facility design and cost accounting preferred
• Skills: Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities with expert-level Microsoft Excel proficiency; ability to interpret complex financial and operational data
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams
