About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential SaaS client in their search for a Product Marketing Manager. Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is seeking an experienced product marketing professional who can drive go-to-market strategy and proposition development for a globally-focused software organization. This is a fully remote position open to candidates across Canada.
Responsibilities
- Define and articulate compelling customer value propositions that drive brand differentiation and align with company strategy
- Own end-to-end product launches and go-to-market strategies, including enablement materials for internal teams and external partners
- Develop detailed channel strategies, messaging frameworks, positioning statements, and sales enablement tools
- Lead the strategy and execution of customer case study programs, ensuring continuous release of quality case studies with measurable outcomes
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to evolve website messaging and structure
- Manage proposition roadmap delivery in partnership with product strategy, pricing, and go-to-market teams to achieve financial targets
- Serve as a brand ambassador through thought leadership, event representation, and content development
- Provide market intelligence on buyer personas, industry trends, and competitive landscape
- Create clarity around ideal customer profiles, objection handling, and positioning frameworks
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a customer-focused, commercially-driven Product Marketing role with a track record of building and executing product growth strategies across multi-functional teams
- Demonstrated experience launching new products and value propositions in competitive technology markets
- Strong knowledge of product-centric organizations, including deep understanding of business needs and customer challenges
- Experience working within the ERP ecosystem, either directly or indirectly
- Expertise in product marketing methodologies and value proposition development
- Ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels
- Proven creative thinking with ability to independently generate and execute innovative product marketing ideas
- Strong track record in crafting compelling positioning and thought leadership content
- Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with product, marketing, commercial teams, and leadership
- Experience working with global, distributed teams
