Remote Inbound Sales Agent

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential hospitality organization seeking a Remote Inbound Sales Agent to join their dynamic team. In this role, you'll handle inbound calls from prospective customers interested in vacation packages, converting inquiries into sales while delivering exceptional service. This is a work-from-home position with the flexibility to work remotely or from a vacation center location.

Candidates must be located in the Orlando, FL area or within a 50-mile radius to be considered for this position.

Responsibilities

• Receive and manage inbound calls transferred from various marketing sources
• Sell vacation packages for multiple resort destinations across the United States, including locations in Hawaii, California, and Florida
• Explain package details, sales terms, and promotional offers to prospective customers
• Qualify customers based on eligibility criteria for vacation package purchases
• Answer customer questions accurately and effectively to drive conversion
• Provide outstanding customer service that meets or exceeds expectations
• Work within a goal-driven, performance-based sales environment
• Meet weekly and monthly sales targets to maximize commission earnings

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED required
• Excellent verbal communication skills and strong customer focus
• Sales-minded professionalism and ability to build rapport over the phone
• Previous experience in hospitality, sales, call center, or marketing roles
• Demonstrated ability to overcome objections and close sales
• Comfortable working in a performance-based, metrics-driven environment
• Availability to work weekend shifts from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM as required
• Flexibility to work weekday day or evening shifts following initial training

Pay

This position offers a competitive compensation structure including hourly pay during training, plus commission and monthly bonuses. Our client reports yearly earning potential of $57,200 to $100,000+ based on performance.
