Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential financial services organization seeking a Cloud Database Administrator and Solution Architect with PowerBI expertise in London. In this role, you will design and implement cloud-based database solutions, architect scalable data platforms, and deliver business intelligence through PowerBI. You will work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions, optimize database performance, and ensure data security and compliance. This position requires expertise in cloud database technologies, solution architecture, and advanced PowerBI development to support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
What We're Looking For
- Strong experience as a Cloud Database Administrator with expertise in Azure, AWS, or GCP database services
- Proven solution architecture experience designing enterprise-scale data platforms
- Advanced PowerBI development skills including DAX, data modeling, and report optimization
- Deep knowledge of database administration, performance tuning, backup and recovery strategies
- Experience with cloud infrastructure, security best practices, and compliance frameworks
- Strong communication skills to engage with both technical teams and business stakeholders
- Ability to work in London with appropriate UK work authorization
