About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential engineering consultancy with operations across Germany. Our talent team is seeking a skilled Recruiter to join their office in Nuremberg. This role focuses on direct candidate sourcing and end-to-end recruitment process management for technical and professional positions.

Responsibilities

• Actively source, identify, and engage qualified candidates through LinkedIn, professional networks, and specialized platforms
• Review and pre-screen candidate profiles and applications
• Conduct structured initial interviews, assessing both technical qualifications and cultural fit
• Coordinate and facilitate interviews between candidates and hiring departments
• Build, maintain, and develop a robust talent pool and candidate network
• Ensure fast, professional, and respectful communication throughout the entire recruitment cycle
• Monitor pipeline metrics and proactively implement measures to accelerate time-to-fill

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in recruiting, active sourcing, or talent acquisition
• Demonstrated proficiency in direct candidate outreach using LinkedIn Recruiter or comparable sourcing tools
• Strong instinct for matching candidate profiles to diverse departmental requirements
• Excellent communication skills with a self-driven, results-oriented working style
• Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
