Store & Operations Manager (m/w/d) Take-Away Konzept

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a fast-growing take-away food concept in Munich. Our client operates a modern, quality-focused retail environment where efficiency, product excellence, and customer experience are paramount. We're seeking an experienced Store & Operations Manager to take full operational ownership of their location and play a key role in scaling the business.

This is a hands-on leadership position with direct impact on daily operations, team development, and the guest experience. You'll work closely with senior leadership to refine processes and support expansion plans.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of daily store operations including workflow management, quality assurance, hygiene standards, and customer experience
• Lead, schedule, train, and develop the store team with a focus on performance and engagement
• Manage purchasing and inventory: order raw materials and supplies, control stock levels, and maintain vendor relationships
• Continuously optimize operational processes to improve efficiency, control costs, and maintain consistent quality
• Collaborate directly with leadership on concept development and scaling initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Completed vocational training in hospitality, hotel management, retail, or a comparable qualification (e.g., restaurant specialist, hotel specialist, retail merchant)
• Multi-year professional experience in gastronomy, quick-service restaurants, or food service, ideally in a supervisory or management role
• Proven track record leading and motivating small teams, including staff scheduling and development
• Knowledge of inventory management, purchasing, and cost control
• Structured, self-directed work style with strong quality orientation
• Resilience and hands-on mentality in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Excellent German language skills (written and spoken); English proficiency is a plus
• Immediate or short-term availability strongly preferred as our client is looking to fill this role quickly
