About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential healthcare staffing organization seeking an Inside Sales/Client Representative to join their team. This role focuses on acquiring new clients and building relationships with healthcare facilities that need temporary staffing solutions. You'll work remotely within the United States, connecting hospitals and practices with qualified healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Contact new and existing healthcare clients to solicit business for temporary staffing assignments
• Respond to client inquiries regarding staffing services and requirements
• Maintain and update client database and job profiles in company systems
• Negotiate contract rates with healthcare facilities
• Facilitate interviews between clients and healthcare providers
• Communicate client needs and requirements accurately to internal recruitment teams
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to generate new business leads
• Ensure contracts are negotiated and executed properly
• Maintain regular contact with clients to address concerns proactively and ensure satisfaction
• Document all client conversations and job specifics in the database system
• Meet activity and production goals as established by management

What We're Looking For

• Minimum one year of experience in direct sales of professional products or services
• Proven track record successfully influencing mid to high-level decision makers for contracting of professional services
• Professional-level written and oral communication skills
• Strong negotiation and customer service abilities
• Excellent prioritization and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manipulate information in large-scale database systems
• Understanding of professional service needs and client requirements
• Ability to understand and interpret financial data, including profit margins
• Persuasive and influential communication style
• Self-directed with ability to devise and execute work goals independently
• Effective time management and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple details efficiently
• College-level education or equivalent work experience preferred
• Healthcare industry experience preferred
