About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential print manufacturing organization seeking an experienced Web2Print Specialist to join their growing offshore team. This role will be based in the Philippines and focuses on platform architecture, template governance, and integration oversight within a sophisticated e-commerce environment.

Our client operates at the intersection of variable print production and finished goods fulfillment, requiring deep technical expertise in web-to-print systems and structured release management.

Responsibilities

As the Web2Print Specialist, you will own the technical configuration and governance of the client's web-to-print environment:

• Platform Architecture: Design master/child site structures, configure role-based permissions, manage development/test/production environments, and control product lifecycle stages from draft through deprecation
• Performance & Monitoring: Monitor render queues and webhook reliability, optimize storefront performance through asset management and caching strategies, maintain SEO and accessibility standards
• Product Configuration: Configure static and variable print products with complex pricing matrices and approval workflows; set up stocked SKUs with inventory-aware ordering, backorder logic, and bundled product capabilities
• Integration Support: Collaborate with IT and warehouse teams on API and webhook integrations, validate order payload structures, monitor export reliability, diagnose sync failures, and participate in integration testing
• Template Development: Build robust InDesign files using structured styles and GREP; prepare production-ready assets with correct color spaces, resolution, and transparency; create and maintain platform templates with dataset binding, repeaters, conditional logic, and regex validation
• Data Management: Clean and normalize datasets using Power Query and advanced Excel functions, implement validation controls, and export properly formatted UTF-8 CSVs
• Quality Assurance: Develop regression test packs, maintain structured release notes and rollback procedures, track integration health metrics, and maintain operational dashboards

What We're Looking For

• 3–6+ years of hands-on web-to-print platform experience
• Strong practical expertise with Infigo platform configuration
• Demonstrated experience configuring both print products and finished goods in an e-commerce context
• Exposure to WMS/ERP integrations within fulfillment environments
• Advanced Adobe InDesign skills with proven ability to build structured, template-ready files using paragraph/character/object styles
• Experience working within structured Dev/Test/Prod release environments
• Print production knowledge including preflight controls, PDF certification, color management, and print-ready output specifications
• Ability to work 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM Philippine Time
