About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential client in the fleet technology sector who is seeking a Mid-Market Customer Success Manager to join their team. This fully remote position offers the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with mid-market accounts while helping fleet operators optimize their operations through innovative mobility solutions.

Responsibilities
- Use disciplined account planning to maintain client relationships, enhance customer satisfaction, and increase account penetration
- Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems and providing timely, thorough solutions
- Develop comprehensive understanding of fleet management solutions and how they address customer challenges
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies and materials that increase the quality and efficiency of customer support
- Drive strategic add-on and renewal business with assigned accounts
- Build long-lasting, trusted advisor relationships with mid-market clients
- Proactively identify account risks and implement churn reduction strategies
- Appropriately escalate issues to relevant business areas and management as needed
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 2 years of business-to-business account management experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience working with CRM software; Salesforce experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
- Proven track record of building client relationships and driving customer success

Pay
The base salary range for this position is $60,000-$63,000, plus performance bonus eligibility.
