Personal Brand Manager – Instagram

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential women's health organization in the German market. They are seeking a Personal Brand Manager - Instagram to take creative ownership of a leading German-language Instagram account focused on women's hormonal health. This account reaches tens of thousands of women monthly with evidence-based education and community support.

You'll work closely with the founder to produce scroll-stopping content that genuinely helps women navigate complex health challenges. This is a remote-first role based in the Munich area (Grünwald), offering autonomy and direct impact.

Responsibilities

• Content Production: Create Reels and carousel posts from concept through filming to final edit
• Copywriting: Write hooks and captions that capture attention and build trust with the community
• Account Management: Maintain the channel, keep the community engaged, and ensure consistent brand presence
• Analytics & Strategy: Evaluate performance metrics, identify what works, and develop data-driven content strategies

What We're Looking For

• Instagram Experience: Proven track record producing Reels and carousel content, ideally in health or women's health niches
• Video Editing Skills: Confident using CapCut, Premiere Rush, or similar editing tools
• Storytelling Instinct: You understand why people keep watching—and why they scroll past
• Self-Directed Work Style: You thrive with minimal oversight and bring your own creative ideas to the table
• German Language: Native or fluent German required for copywriting and community engagement
• Nice to Have: Prior knowledge of hormonal health topics (not required but beneficial)
