Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential legal-tech organization based in Berlin. After a comprehensive onboarding period, you will serve as a point of contact for employment law matters, supporting clients primarily via telephone and email. You will collaborate closely with attorneys, assisting with case processing by creating and maintaining digital client files. Your duties include coordinating court appointments and ensuring timely coverage through partner attorneys, communicating independently with authorities, courts, and legal insurance providers, and standardizing templates while continuously optimizing internal processes.

What We're Looking For

• You must complete a mandatory year-long internship in Berlin to obtain your technical college entrance qualification (Fachhochschulreife)
• You demonstrate a fundamental interest in law firm operations or administrative work with legal references
• You work carefully and in a structured manner, with enthusiasm for working with digital systems
• You enjoy collaborating with your team but can also work independently
• You speak German at C2 level and can communicate well in English (B2-C1)

Pay
