Wir suchen im Auftrag unseres Mandanten – einem vertraulichen Unternehmen im Bereich erneuerbare Energien – einen erfahrenen Senior Einkäufer für Bau- und Netzinfrastruktur in Berlin.
In dieser Position übernehmen Sie:
- Strategische Steuerung und Koordination des Einkaufs von Bau- und Netzinfrastrukturleistungen über alle Projektphasen
- Eigenständige Vorbereitung, Führung und Abschluss komplexer Vertragsverhandlungen mit Generalunternehmern, Bauunternehmen und Netzdienstleistern
- Verantwortung für die Beschaffung von elektrotechnischer Infrastruktur (Umspannwerke, Transformatoren, Blindleistungskompensationsanlagen), Bauleistungen und Tiefbaugewerken
- Steuerung und Abstimmung aller einkaufsrelevanten Aktivitäten mit internen Fachbereichen wie Grid, Construction, Engineering und Projektmanagement
- Unterstützung bei Ausschreibungen und Vergaben unter Sicherstellung wirtschaftlicher und technischer Beschaffungsstrategien
- Aktive Analyse von Beschaffungsmärkten und Lieferantenstrukturen zur Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen
- Vertragsmanagement während der Projektumsetzung sowie Begleitung von Nachtrags- und Claim-Prozessen
- Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung nachhaltiger Lieferantenbeziehungen
Was wir suchen
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Ingenieurwesen, Bauwesen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im strategischen Einkauf komplexer Bau-, Infrastruktur- oder EPC-Projekte
- Fundierte Erfahrung in der Beschaffung von Netzinfrastrukturprojekten, Bauleistungen und Tiefbaugewerken
- Erfahrung in der Führung komplexer Vertragsverhandlungen sowie im Management von Ausschreibungs- und Vergabeprozessen
- Durchsetzungsstarke, kommunikationssichere Persönlichkeit mit Verhandlungsgeschick und eigenverantwortlicher Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1) sowie gute Englischkenntnisse (B2)
- Erfahrung im Umfeld der Energiebranche oder erneuerbaren Energien von Vorteil
