We are representing a confidential enterprise technology client seeking a Senior Figma Designer for a dedicated 6-week, full-time engagement based in Chile. This is a focused design role centered on building intuitive, scalable user experiences for complex data workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive, enterprise-grade user interfaces and experiences using Figma, with emphasis on clarity, consistency, and scalability across complex product surfaces
• Lead end-to-end UX design of data review and approval workflows, transforming business requirements into user-centered design solutions
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to define user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final design specifications
• Develop and maintain design systems, component libraries, and reusable patterns within Figma to ensure visual and functional consistency
• Conduct and synthesize user research, stakeholder feedback, and usability findings to inform and iterate on design decisions
• Deliver high-fidelity prototypes and annotated design documentation that enable smooth handoff to development teams
• Contribute to design critiques and cross-functional reviews, advocating for the user perspective throughout the product development lifecycle
• Operate effectively with strong autonomy and delivery focus in a fast-paced, engagement-based model

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design roles, with strong focus on enterprise product design and hands-on delivery of complex workflow and data-driven interfaces
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including components, auto layout, variants, prototyping, and developer handoff features
• Demonstrated experience designing for enterprise environments, with understanding of complex information architectures and multi-role user journeys
• Proven track record designing data review and approval workflows such as audit interfaces, multi-step validation flows, or exception management tools
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end UX work across web or enterprise platforms
• Experience building and maintaining scalable design systems and component libraries
• Ability to translate ambiguous requirements into clear, validated design solutions with minimal direction
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with comfort presenting and defending design decisions to non-design audiences
• Experience working in agile or sprint-based delivery models is a plus
• Advanced English required for effective communication with global teams
