What You'll Do
- Lead and support the installation and commissioning of IT infrastructure for new clinic sites, including network switches, wireless connectivity, internet provisioning, and clinical workstations
- Coordinate technical delivery across clinic fit-out and go-live phases, liaising with suppliers, installation contractors, our IT Manager, project teams, and clinical staff
- Execute pre-launch testing protocols and operational readiness assessments to ensure each clinic is fully prepared to accept patient services
- Deliver first and second-line technical support across all clinic locations, troubleshooting Windows devices, Microsoft 365 applications, networking issues, peripherals, mobile technology, and specialist clinical systems
- Administer network infrastructure including switch configuration, DNS, DHCP, wireless networks, and firewall management
- Manage user provisioning, access control, device deployment, and compliance initiatives across the clinic estate
- Provide on-site technical presence during critical go-live events and periods of significant system change
- Maintain comprehensive IT asset registers and technical documentation
What You Bring
- Demonstrated experience in IT infrastructure deployment and ongoing technical support within a multi-site environment
- Hands-on competency with Windows device management, Microsoft 365, and network administration fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, firewalls)
- Proven ability to troubleshoot end-user devices, connectivity issues, and software applications reliably and efficiently
- Familiarity with device provisioning, user access management, and IT compliance or endpoint management processes
- Strong project coordination skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams (project managers, vendors, clinical staff)
- Excellent attention to documentation, asset tracking, and technical record-keeping
- A methodical, problem-solving mindset and genuine interest in supporting healthcare operations
