Learning Quality Specialist GEO

Academy of Digital Industries is hiring a Learning Quality Specialist GEO for a full-time remote position based in Tbilisi, Georgia. This role is essential to maintaining consistent educational excellence across our expanding global learning platform.

About the Role

The Learning Quality Specialist is responsible for ensuring that every learner experiences outstanding program quality and support. You'll systematically evaluate our educational offerings against rigorous quality standards, monitoring everything from Mentor-led delivery and course content to student satisfaction. By identifying gaps and escalating risks with clear recommendations, you'll be central to driving continuous improvement throughout our learning ecosystem.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Assess learning programs, Mentor-led sessions, and overall student experience using established quality criteria and standards
• Review course materials, workshops, assessments, and LMS content to verify accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal guidelines
• Evaluate Mentor performance, identify coaching and development opportunities, and flag patterns of quality concerns
• Analyze student feedback across multiple communication channels to surface trends, emerging issues, and opportunities for enhancement
• Document quality findings with appropriate severity classification, provide supporting evidence, and escalate critical issues with clear recommendations
• Conduct regular program health checks and maintain tracking of quality metrics across the curriculum
• Create analytical quality reports, present insights to leadership, and support evidence-based decision-making
• Partner with Learning, Community, Operations, Marketing, and Mentor teams to implement quality improvements
• Propose operational and process improvements that enhance learning quality, operational efficiency, and learner outcomes
