We are representing a confidential technology client seeking a Senior Figma Designer for a focused, full-time engagement based in Uruguay. This is a dedicated 6-week assignment requiring strong autonomy and delivery focus in an enterprise product environment.
Our talent team is looking for an experienced designer who can lead end-to-end UX design for complex data workflows, translating business requirements into structured, user-centered solutions. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive interfaces at scale.
Responsibilities
- Design intuitive, enterprise-grade user interfaces and experiences using Figma, with emphasis on clarity, consistency, and scalability across complex product surfaces
- Lead the end-to-end UX design of data review and approval workflows, creating structured solutions from business requirements
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final design specifications
- Develop and maintain design systems, component libraries, and reusable patterns within Figma to ensure visual and functional consistency
- Conduct and synthesize user research, stakeholder feedback, and usability findings to inform design decisions
- Deliver high-fidelity prototypes and annotated design documentation for smooth development handoff
- Contribute to design critiques and cross-functional reviews, advocating for the user perspective throughout the product lifecycle
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design roles, with strong focus on enterprise product design and delivery of complex workflow and data-driven interfaces
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including components, auto layout, variants, prototyping, and developer handoff features
- Demonstrated experience designing for enterprise environments, with understanding of complex information architectures and multi-role user journeys
- Proven track record designing data review and approval workflows such as audit interfaces, multi-step validation flows, or exception management tools
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end UX work across web or enterprise platforms
- Experience building and maintaining scalable design systems and component libraries
- Ability to translate ambiguous requirements into clear, validated design solutions with minimal direction
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with comfort presenting design decisions to non-design audiences
- Advanced English required for effective communication with global teams
- Experience working in agile or sprint-based delivery models is a plus
