CEO, AI Stockbroking

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential fintech organization building AI-native applications at scale. Our client is launching a new AI-powered stockbroking vertical and needs an entrepreneurial leader to define, build, and scale this business from the ground up. This is a CEO-level role with full P&L ownership, combining deep brokerage expertise with product innovation in AI-driven trading experiences.

This position is based in the United Kingdom and offers the opportunity to shape how millions of users discover, research, and trade stocks through intelligent, proactive systems.

Responsibilities

• Define the AI-native stockbroking proposition, product roadmap, and business model from inception to scale
• Build intelligent experiences across stock discovery, research, trading, portfolio management, and market information delivery
• Own full P&L including funded accounts, assets under management, trading activity, revenue targets, and unit economics
• Develop brokerage product features and underlying trading, custody, and market infrastructure
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and AI teams to deliver product capabilities and execute on technical roadmap
• Establish and manage brokerage, custody, market data, and other critical industry partnerships
• Build the core team from scratch and drive licensing, regulatory readiness, and market expansion strategy

What We're Looking For

• Deep experience in stockbroking, brokerage operations, trading platforms, or consumer investing products
• Direct ownership track record of a meaningful brokerage or trading product, business unit, or P&L
• Strong understanding of brokerage economics, trading infrastructure, market mechanics, and financial regulation
• Excellent product judgment with vision for how AI can transform stock discovery, research, and trading workflows
• Proven experience building and scaling technology products and cross-functional teams
• Hands-on operating capability—able to work directly through product flows, brokerage infrastructure, economics, and execution details
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to build a business vertical within a growing organization
