The Opportunity

Trucordia is seeking an experienced Client Manager, Commercial Lines to join our team remotely. As a trusted adviser to our commercial insurance clients, you'll handle policy management, coordinate coverage requests, and provide responsive client support. This role combines relationship management with administrative expertise in a dynamic remote work environment where your attention to client satisfaction directly impacts retention and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain ongoing relationships with commercial insurance clients
• Process and coordinate commercial insurance policies and coverage requests
• Respond to client inquiries regarding policy details, coverage options, and claims
• Monitor policy renewals and coordinate timely communications
• Maintain detailed, accurate client records and documentation
• Support the sales team with client account information and historical data
• Handle administrative tasks related to policy management and correspondence

Skills & Qualifications

• Professional experience in client management, account management, or insurance administration
• Knowledge of commercial insurance lines, policies, and coverage types
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with CRM systems and standard office software
