CEO, AI Stockbroking

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential fintech organization building next-generation trading and investment products. We are seeking a CEO-level leader to build and scale an AI-native stockbroking business from the ground up. This role combines deep brokerage expertise with product leadership, working at the intersection of trading infrastructure and artificial intelligence applications.

Location: Hong Kong

Responsibilities

• Define the strategic vision, product roadmap, and business model for an AI-powered stockbroking platform
• Design and deliver AI-enhanced experiences across stock discovery, research, trading, portfolio management, and market information delivery
• Own full P&L responsibility including funded accounts, assets under management, trading activity, revenue targets, and unit economics
• Build and scale the brokerage product alongside underlying trading, custody, and market infrastructure
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and AI teams to drive product capabilities and flawless execution
• Establish and manage critical partnerships for brokerage services, custody solutions, market data providers, and other key vendors
• Build the founding team and drive licensing processes, regulatory readiness, and market expansion strategy

What We're Looking For

• Extensive experience in stockbroking, brokerage operations, trading platforms, or consumer investing products
• Proven track record of direct ownership over a substantial brokerage or trading product, business unit, or P&L
• Strong command of brokerage economics, trading infrastructure, capital markets, and regulatory frameworks
• Excellent product judgment with insight into how AI can transform stock discovery, research workflows, and trading experiences
• Demonstrated success building and scaling technology products and high-performing teams
• Hands-on operational capability—comfortable working directly through product flows, brokerage infrastructure details, financial modeling, and execution challenges
