Customer Project Manager

Join Tomra as a Customer Project Manager for a full-time remote role. Lead end-to-end project delivery and build lasting customer relationships as part of our Dublin-based team.

What This Role Involves

As a Customer Project Manager at Tomra, you'll own the complete project lifecycle for our customers. This means planning project scope, timelines, and resources; maintaining clear communication with stakeholders; ensuring delivery milestones are met; and resolving obstacles that arise. You'll be the primary point of contact, building trust and ensuring customers achieve their desired outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Plan and coordinate customer projects from kickoff through successful delivery
• Communicate with customers, internal teams, and external partners to keep projects aligned
• Manage timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to meet commitments
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions proactively
• Document project status, decisions, and outcomes for clarity and future reference
• Support continuous improvement by gathering customer feedback and identifying lessons learned

• Proven experience managing customer-facing projects or delivering solutions to clients
• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
• Organised approach to planning, tracking, and reporting project status

• Familiarity with project management tools and practices is valued
