About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential AI cloud infrastructure organization in their search for a Product Strategy Principal. This is a high-impact role where you'll shape portfolio-level product strategy and influence executive decision-making at a rapidly scaling technology company.

In this position, you'll develop multi-year product strategy that aligns with the organization's strategic goals. You'll gain deep insight into customer needs and market dynamics, translating these into compelling roadmaps that keep our client at the forefront of the AI infrastructure market. Working across product and engineering teams, you'll guide portfolio strategy to align different product areas while balancing innovation, usability, and market viability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute forward-thinking product strategy and roadmap for a portfolio of cloud and AI products, aligning with market trends and organizational objectives
• Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, workloads, technologies, and opportunities in the AI cloud infrastructure domain
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to align different products within the portfolio to a unified strategic vision
• Serve as the voice of the customer, integrating feedback and requirements into product development to ensure maximum satisfaction and usability
• Partner with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure successful product launches, market positioning, and lifecycle management
• Design and lead operating rhythms for business cadences (monthly, quarterly, annual) related to strategy and business reviews

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of proven experience in product strategy, product management, or product operations, preferably with focus on AI, ML, cloud, or SaaS technologies
• Strong understanding of the AI and ML technology landscape, including current trends and future directions
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with ability to drive product vision and strategy across diverse teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a track record of making data-informed decisions
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field with strong understanding of machine learning concepts
• Due to export control requirements, must be a U.S. person (citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) or eligible to access export controlled information

Pay

The client has indicated a compensation range of $206,000 to $303,000 base salary for this role, with actual compensation determined by experience, skills, and market factors. The total package includes discretionary bonus, equity awards, and comprehensive benefits including fully paid medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) with employer match, flexible PTO, parental leave, and professional development support.
