Senior Financial Analyst (all genders)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential eMobility technology organization based in Berlin. In this Senior Financial Analyst role, you will serve as the strategic link between Finance and Commercial teams, working closely with executive leadership to drive revenue insights and business growth.

Your core responsibilities include:

• Own revenue analyses, forecasts, and ongoing management reporting
• Act as a trusted business partner to Sales, Product, and Leadership teams on commercial decisions
• Develop pricing, margin, and profitability analyses with actionable recommendations
• Build business cases and evaluate new business models, deals, and partnerships
• Analyze revenue drivers, customer segments, and product profitability
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and mid-term planning for revenue streams
• Collaborate with Accounting on revenue recognition topics
• Drive continuous improvement of KPIs, reporting structures, and forecast models
• Build strong, trust-based relationships across Finance, Commercial, and Leadership functions

What We're Looking For

Our client seeks a candidate with:

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, or related field
• Several years of experience in Commercial Finance, Revenue Controlling, or FP&A
• Solid understanding of revenue models, pricing, and deal structures
• Proven experience business partnering with commercial functions and senior stakeholders, with confidence to challenge and influence decision-making
• Strong Excel and BI skills (Power BI, Tableau, or similar); ERP experience is a plus
• Proactive, high-energy, and entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of taking ownership and thriving in fast-paced environments
• Excellent communication skills and business fluency in English

Location: Berlin, Germany – hybrid arrangement with 1-2 days per week onsite, remainder remote. Remote work within Germany is possible.
