Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential creative agency seeking a Senior Social Media Manager to lead strategic and commercial oversight of complex social media accounts and campaigns. In this role, you will:
- Develop cross-platform and social-first strategies aligned with client objectives, target audiences, and customer journeys
- Advise senior stakeholders and present strategic recommendations with confidence
- Lead end-to-end campaign execution, from concept development through production and delivery
- Manage budgets, KPIs, and performance analytics, delivering insightful reporting and strategic guidance
- Drive innovation by identifying opportunities in emerging platforms, technologies, trends, and creative formats
- Serve as a trusted partner to clients and cross-functional teams, challenging briefs and setting direction for quality outcomes
What We're Looking For
- Several years of experience in social media management, ideally within an agency or creative environment
- Proven track record managing complex accounts with demonstrated responsibility for performance, budgets, and quality delivery
- Excellent strategic, conceptual, and analytical capabilities
- Strong understanding of social culture, platform dynamics, and creative possibilities
- Commercial awareness with confident budget management skills
- Outstanding presentation, negotiation, and client advisory abilities in both German and English
- Located in or willing to relocate to Stuttgart
