We are representing a confidential healthcare technology client in Berlin who is seeking a Working Student - Language Specialist for UK English. This part-time role (20 hours per week) is perfect for a student enrolled at a German university who wants to gain hands-on experience in AI language development while supporting meaningful healthcare innovation.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of AI systems designed for UK healthcare professionals using your language and cultural expertise
• Ensure data quality through regular review of voice input and text data, including error correction and dataset updates
• Provide localization work specifically for UK English, ensuring cultural and linguistic accuracy
• Analyze data sets to identify patterns and improve system performance
• Share knowledge about UK English variations and distinctions from other English varieties with the team
• Coordinate with development teams to analyze and resolve data-related issues

What We're Looking For

• Currently pursuing studies in relevant fields such as Language, Literature, Nursing, Biology, or Medicine
• Knowledge of and interest in healthcare topics
• Business fluent UK English (C2 level) in both spoken and written form, with deep understanding of cultural intricacies
• Focused and accurate approach to working with text data, with willingness to handle detail-oriented, repetitive tasks
• Excellent team spirit and enjoyment of working in an interdisciplinary environment
• Self-driven, motivated, reliable with strong time management skills
• Currently enrolled at a German university and available to work 20 hours per week

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: €16 per hour

This is an hourly position for up to 20 hours per week while enrolled as a student. The client offers flexible working hours, 25 days of vacation plus your birthday off.
