What You'll Do

• Supervise and lead dining room staff during service, ensuring professional and attentive guest hospitality
• Maintain Relais & Châteaux service standards and presentation across all dining operations
• Manage table coordination, guest seating, and reservation flow to optimise the dining experience
• Train and mentor team members to develop their skills and foster a collaborative service culture
• Collaborate with the kitchen and management to ensure seamless food and beverage delivery
• Monitor and uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards throughout dining areas
• Address guest requests and concerns with professionalism and attention to detail

Requirements

• Proven supervisory or senior service experience in a fine dining or upscale hospitality environment
• Deep knowledge of service protocols, wine pairing, and guest relations
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire a diverse team
• Ability to multitask and remain composed during busy service periods
• Food safety certification and understanding of hospitality compliance requirements
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high operational standards
