- Diagnose technical issues and deliver practical, user-friendly solutions
- Troubleshoot software and hardware problems with patience and clarity
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate support records
- Escalate complex issues to specialist teams when necessary
- Deliver first-line support that meets customer expectations and service level agreements
- Contribute to continuous improvement of support processes and knowledge resources
Requirements
- Proven experience in a technical support or customer service role
- Strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting mindset
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- Problem-solving capability and attention to detail
- Professional manner and genuine commitment to customer satisfaction
- IT fundamentals knowledge (operating systems, networks, software basics)
