Role Overview

As a Self Storage Manager at Public Storage in Pottstown, you'll be the face of our facility and the primary point of contact for our customer community. Key Responsibilities

• Welcome tenants and prospective customers, answer storage-related questions, and guide them through available options at our Pottstown location
• Manage daily facility operations, including unit assignments, lease processing, and account management
• Enforce lease agreements and handle tenant disputes or concerns with professionalism and attention to detail
• Maintain facility cleanliness, security, and compliance with all applicable regulations
• Monitor equipment and coordinate maintenance requests to keep the facility in excellent condition
• Process payments, manage records, and ensure accurate administrative documentation
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
