Designer

PSI CRO is seeking a Designer for a full-time remote position to support our Business Development and Marketing team based in Budapest, HU. You'll create engaging visual assets and collaborate with our teams to drive strategic growth initiatives.

About the Role

As a Designer at PSI CRO, you'll play a vital role in developing and executing our visual strategy. This full-time remote position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere whilst collaborating closely with our business development and marketing teams. You'll translate strategic objectives into engaging visual solutions that resonate with our audience and support our growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop visual assets including digital graphics, marketing materials, and branded collateral
• Collaborate with business development and marketing teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions aligned with company objectives
• Create design concepts and prototypes that effectively communicate key messages
• Maintain brand consistency across all design outputs and ensure adherence to design guidelines
• Produce design documentation and asset libraries to support ongoing projects and campaigns
• Iterate on designs based on feedback to optimise visual impact and user experience

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated experience as a designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work
• Proficiency in design tools and software relevant to your specialisation
• Solid understanding of visual communication principles and current design trends
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate ideas clearly
• Strong organisational skills and capability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering polished, professional design work
• Experience supporting business development and marketing functions is advantageous
