About This Opportunity

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential mortgage lending organization seeking a Marketing Compliance Analyst to join their regulatory team. This is a remote-eligible role working with a company that processes high volumes of consumer-facing marketing materials across multiple channels and geographic markets.

The Marketing Compliance Analyst serves as a front-line reviewer ensuring all advertising and promotional content complies with federal and state mortgage advertising regulations. You'll work closely with loan officers, branch teams, and corporate marketing to balance rapid approval cycles with rigorous compliance standards under TILA/Regulation Z and the MAP Rule/Regulation N.

Responsibilities

  • Review, redline, and approve marketing materials including flyers, mailers, rate sheets, presentations, and co-branded collateral submitted by sales teams and corporate marketing
  • Evaluate triggered-term advertising for required disclosures under TILA/Regulation Z §1026.24, ensuring proper APR, payment, term, and rate presentation
  • Screen all content for prohibited or misleading representations under the MAP Rule (Regulation N, 12 CFR Part 1014), including rate claims, payment representations, and government affiliation statements
  • Verify proper use of NMLS identifiers, Equal Housing Lender language, licensing footers, and state-specific advertising disclosures
  • Audit websites, landing pages, social media posts, email campaigns, digital ads, and SMS marketing for advertising-rule compliance across all digital channels
  • Monitor third-party lead-generation profiles and co-marketing arrangements for compliance with advertising rules and RESPA Section 8 considerations
  • Maintain advertising review logs and retain commercial communications consistent with MAP Rule recordkeeping requirements (24-month retention)
  • Track review turnaround times and recurring deficiencies; report trends and risk areas to the Chief Compliance Officer
  • Assist with updates to advertising policies, disclosure libraries, and pre-approved template language as regulations evolve
  • Deliver training and feedback to loan officers and marketing staff on advertising compliance best practices
  • Support regulatory examinations and audits by compiling advertising documentation and responding to findings

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, communications, paralegal studies, or related field—or equivalent mortgage-industry experience
  • 2+ years of experience in mortgage compliance, marketing review, quality control, or closely related regulatory role at a lender, bank, or business process outsourcer
  • Working knowledge of TILA/Regulation Z advertising rules, the MAP Rule/Regulation N, and the UDAP/UDAAP framework
  • Strong attention to detail with ability to spot missing disclosures, triggered terms, and misleading claims quickly and consistently
  • Excellent written communication skills for redlining, drafting compliant language, and documenting review rationale
  • High-volume, deadline-driven work style with precision and consistency
  • Sound documentation discipline and regulatory judgment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with RESPA Section 8 (co-marketing/MSAs), the SAFE Act, ECOA/Reg B, and state advertising and licensing requirements
  • Experience with NMLS, advertising-review workflow tools, or marketing-approval platforms
  • Industry certification such as NAMB/MBA compliance coursework, CRCM, or similar credential
  • Diplomatic stakeholder communication skills and adaptability to changing regulatory guidance
