The Opportunity

Become part of Pilot Company's operations team and help maintain one of the region's busiest travel centers. In this part-time Janitorial Maintenance role, you'll ensure our Upper Sandusky facility meets the highest cleanliness and safety standards. You'll work flexible hours in a fast-paced environment where your attention to detail directly impacts the customer experience.

What You'll Do

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, hallways, and common areas throughout the facility
• Sweep, mop, and maintain floors to company standards
• Empty and dispose of trash and recyclables properly
• Restock supplies and maintain adequate inventory of cleaning materials
• Address spills and hazards promptly to keep walkways safe
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation protocols

What We're Looking For

• Reliable, independent work ethic with strong attention to detail
• Physical ability to perform cleaning duties and move materials safely
• Flexibility to work part-time hours, including evenings or weekends as needed
• Commitment to maintaining high cleanliness and safety standards
• Ability to take direction and work efficiently with minimal supervision
• Previous janitorial or maintenance experience preferred but not required
