Responsibilities

  • Own and direct the product roadmap for platform products supporting experiential learning management, competency tracking, and digital credentialing
  • Balance competing priorities across customer commitments, strategic initiatives, and engineering capacity to define quarterly and annual plans
  • Create well-scoped product requirements grounded in user research, business outcomes, and accreditation compliance needs
  • Partner closely with engineering and design teams throughout the product lifecycle from discovery through delivery
  • Develop deep domain knowledge in clinical education workflows, accreditation frameworks (ACEN, CCNE, CAEP, CACREP, CSWE), and the day-to-day operations of program coordinators and clinical faculty
  • Contribute to go-to-market readiness by collaborating on product positioning, release communications, and customer onboarding materials
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning and resource allocation decisions

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS environments

  • Proven ability to transform ambiguous problem spaces into clear, actionable product requirements
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders across engineering, design, and go-to-market teams
  • Experience working in higher education, healthcare, compliance-driven software, or other regulated industries strongly preferred
  • Comfort operating in distributed, asynchronous-first team environments
  • Outcome-oriented mindset with intellectual curiosity and analytical rigor
  • Familiarity with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Mixpanel, or similar platforms is a plus
  • Prior experience with clinical placement workflows, competency-based education models, or accreditation reporting is valuable but not required
