About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential healthcare technology organization that is transforming mental health service delivery for women. Our client is seeking a licensed therapist to join their virtual care team, serving pregnant, postpartum, and menopausal individuals across Indiana.

This is a remote, part-time contract position offering 10-30 hours per week with flexible scheduling through a virtual care platform.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual teletherapy sessions to patients requesting ongoing therapeutic support
  • Conduct comprehensive psychological intake assessments for program participants to inform treatment planning
  • Document patient progress thoroughly and share treatment recommendations with medical providers, psychiatric consultants, and other treating professionals
  • Coordinate treatment plan modifications for patients requiring more intensive or specialized mental health interventions
  • Develop and deliver post-session care plans with actionable insights and follow-up steps for patients

What We're Looking For

Required:

  • Active, unrestricted mental health license in Indiana with ability to practice independently (LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC)
  • Proficiency with teletherapy platforms and virtual care delivery
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Commitment to patient-centered care and collaborative practice

Strongly Preferred:

  • Minimum 1 year of clinical experience working with pregnant, postpartum, and/or perimenopausal/menopausal patients
  • Formal perinatal or menopause mental health training
  • Perinatal Mental Health Certification (PMH-C) or certification in treatment of perimenopausal/menopausal populations
