Director of ERP Integrations

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential enterprise software organization that is scaling rapidly across Europe and the United States. Our client has built a mature ERP automation platform serving hundreds of enterprise customers across 40+ countries, and they are now expanding their integration engineering capability to meet accelerating demand.

We are seeking a Director of ERP Integrations to lead and scale a critical engineering function. This is a remote role open to candidates across Europe, with occasional travel required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow an ERP integration engineering team from approximately 10 to 50 engineers over the coming 18–24 months
• Structure engineering squads, hire team leads, and establish a sustainable delivery model including distributed and near-shore components where appropriate
• Own the technical architecture and standards for a portfolio of 30+ live ERP integrations, spanning Microsoft Dynamics (NAV, Business Central, D365 F&O), Infor LN, Infor M3, Oracle NetSuite, Oracle JD Edwards, and others
• Drive consistency and reusability across on-premise connectors, REST APIs, and file-based integration patterns
• Establish documentation, playbooks, and engineering processes that enable a large team to ship reliably at speed
• Represent the organization in technical discussions with senior stakeholders at enterprise customers, including CIOs, IT directors, and enterprise architects
• Scope integration solutions, set realistic expectations, and build trust through consistent delivery
• Partner closely with US-based go-to-market and delivery teams to turn the fragmented mid-market ERP landscape into a competitive advantage

What We're Looking For

Must have:

• 8+ years in software or integration engineering, including several years leading engineering teams
• Proven track record of scaling an engineering team well beyond 20 people
• Deep, hands-on ERP integration experience with direct exposure to several of: Microsoft Dynamics (NAV, Business Central, D365 F&O), Infor LN, Infor M3, Oracle NetSuite, Oracle JD Edwards, or similar enterprise ERP systems
• Fluency across integration patterns including on-premise connectors, REST APIs, file or EDI exchange, and data mapping to canonical models
• Direct experience navigating the fragmented US mid-market ERP landscape
• Excellent stakeholder management skills; comfortable and credible with senior customer technical leaders
• Demonstrated ability to build documentation, standards, and repeatable processes at scale
• Fluent English and willingness to travel occasionally to customer sites and company offices

Nice to have:

• Background at an integration platform (iPaaS), AP automation, finance automation, or B2B SaaS company with broad ERP integration scope
• .NET / C# experience, particularly in the Dynamics connector ecosystem
• Exposure to EDI standards
• Experience building and leading distributed or near-shore engineering teams
• German language skills
