Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and plating standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work station throughout every shift
• Coordinate efficiently with kitchen team members to ensure timely meal preparation
• Follow food safety regulations and maintain proper kitchen hygiene practices
• Operate cooking equipment correctly and report maintenance issues promptly
• Receive feedback from kitchen leadership and implement improvements to quality
• Assist with stock management and inventory organization as assigned

Skills & Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience working as a Line Cook or in a similar kitchen position
• Solid knowledge of food safety practices and kitchen sanitation standards
• Ability to perform efficiently under pressure during busy service periods
• Strong communication and solid teamwork capabilities
• Physical stamina to stand for extended hours and manage heat and noise
• Competent knife skills and familiarity with standard kitchen equipment
• Willingness to follow kitchen protocols and adapt to team processes
