The Opportunity

As Assistant General Manager at our Danforth location, you'll play a key leadership role supporting restaurant operations and driving service excellence. Working closely with the General Manager, you'll manage day-to-day activities, oversee team performance, and maintain the standards that make Oliver & Bonacini a destination for Toronto diners. Key Responsibilities

  • Support and oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth, efficient service
  • Lead and manage front-of-house and back-of-house teams
  • Develop and implement staff schedules, training programs, and performance standards

  • Monitor inventory, purchasing, and cost control measures
