LinkedIn is hiring a Sales Strategy & Operations Senior Associate – Sales Solutions to drive strategic initiatives and operational excellence across our sales organization. This is a full-time, remote role based in Gurgaon, HR, India, where you'll partner with cross-functional teams to shape how we deliver sales solutions to our customers.

Role Overview

As a Sales Strategy & Operations Senior Associate – Sales Solutions at LinkedIn, you'll sit at the intersection of strategic planning and execution. You'll work to identify opportunities for operational improvement, support the development of go-to-market initiatives, and help streamline how our sales solutions reach clients. This role reports into our Global Business Operations and Strategy Planning function, giving you direct influence on how we structure, resource, and optimize our sales ecosystem.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain analytical frameworks that inform sales strategy decisions and forecasting
• Lead operational process improvement initiatives to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness
• Support the design and rollout of new sales solutions and go-to-market approaches
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities
• Collaborate with sales leadership, product teams, and regional offices to ensure alignment and successful execution
• Build dashboards, reports, and business cases that inform strategic priorities
• Manage special projects that span multiple departments and geographies

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, engineering, or related discipline; advanced degree preferred
• 3–6 years of experience in sales strategy, operations, business analysis, or management consulting
• Advanced proficiency with Excel and data visualization tools; SQL and Python knowledge is a plus
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to distill complex data into actionable insights
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-cultural, global environments
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities under tight deadlines
• Experience in SaaS, technology, or B2B sales environments highly valued
