About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential digital services organization that is expanding its sales development team through a selective referral process. This is a performance-driven appointment setter role for candidates who thrive in results-oriented environments and want clear upward mobility.
Responsibilities
- Manage and convert inbound leads into qualified appointments, bookings, or enrollments
- Engage prospects through structured communication workflows—no cold calling required
- Work 40 hours per week during a scheduling window between 12 PM and 12 AM EST
- Track and own your conversion metrics with support from real-time coaching
- Participate in weekly performance reviews and continuous skill development

Compensation Structure
