About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential vacation rental management organization with operations across multiple international markets. Our talent team is currently seeking an Owner Experience Specialist to join their remote contractor workforce supporting property owner relationships in the Puerto Vallarta and Nuevo Vallarta markets.

This is a 100% remote contractor position available to candidates anywhere in the world. The role requires Monday through Saturday availability and fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

As the primary relationship manager between the organization and property owners, you will:

• Execute 20-25 documented owner interactions daily through calls, email, and text messaging
• Maintain a structured monthly communication cadence ensuring 100% completion of required touchpoints across three categories: property visibility updates, personal relationship building, and informative value-driven communication
• Collect and translate operational findings from housekeeping, maintenance, and inspection teams into clear owner updates including action plans, costs, and resolution timelines
• Respond to all open owner conversations regarding work orders and ensure no work is dispatched without documented owner approval
• Identify early warning signs of owner dissatisfaction including declining sentiment, revenue concerns, recurring property issues, or references to competing management companies
• Escalate potential retention risks on the same business day and maintain accurate records in the churn tracking system
• Log every owner interaction in the CRM platform on the same day it occurs
• Schedule all future owner touches and follow-ups before end of day
• Complete weekly CRM documentation self-audits and correct any identified gaps
• Shoot and edit short-form vertical video content for property marketing and social media using mobile tools

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• Fluent English and Spanish, both written and spoken (indispensable requirement)
• 2+ years of experience in client-facing account management, hospitality, property management, customer success, or related field
• Demonstrated experience working independently in a remote environment
• Strong CRM discipline with proven ability to document work consistently without constant supervision
• Comfortable initiating high-volume outbound calls and handling difficult conversations professionally
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple concurrent conversations, follow-ups, and priorities
• Proactive approach to identifying dissatisfaction and escalating concerns appropriately
• Ability to shoot and edit short-form vertical video using phone and tools such as CapCut, Instagram, or equivalent
• Reliable internet connection and suitable home-office environment

Preferred qualifications:

• Previous experience in vacation rentals, hospitality, or property management
• Working knowledge of property management systems or CRM platforms
• Experience producing content for social media and property marketing platforms
• Understanding of owner statements, management fees, and short-term rental revenue basics
• Familiarity with the Puerto Vallarta/Nuevo Vallarta vacation rental market

Performance expectations:

• Daily owner touches: 20-25 per day
• Required monthly touch completion: 100%
• Documentation accuracy: 95% or higher
• Same-day escalation compliance: 100%
• Overall KPI attainment: 90% or higher
