Senior Recruiter | GTM Expansion

About This Opportunity

We are representing a high-growth fintech organization expanding their commercial operations across the UK market. Our talent team has been engaged to identify their first dedicated GTM Recruiter based in London—someone who can build exceptional commercial teams from the ground up and establish recruiting excellence in a new geography.

This is a full-cycle recruiting role with genuine ownership. You'll partner with leadership to turn ambitious growth plans into reality, building out Sales, Solutions Consulting, Partnerships, and Customer Success teams across the UK. You'll also help shape the recruiting strategy and market approach that will support future expansion into new markets.

The ideal candidate combines exceptional sourcing craft with strong execution: you know how to map a market, identify differentiated talent, and run a disciplined process that closes the candidates who matter most.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for priority GTM roles across the UK, including Sales, Solutions Consulting, Partnerships, and Customer Success positions
• Develop deep market intelligence on the UK technology landscape: the companies producing strong commercial talent, the operators who outperform, and the communities that matter
• Leverage research, data, and AI tools to identify and qualify exceptional candidates, producing written market perspectives alongside candidate slates
• Execute thoughtful, personalized outreach that demonstrates genuine understanding of each candidate's background and commercial achievements
• Partner with senior leaders to translate hiring plans into clear role profiles, credible processes, and realistic compensation strategies—providing honest market feedback when needed
• Deliver exceptional candidate experience from initial contact through offer close, with fast follow-up, clear communication, and tailored closing strategies
• Build meaningful recruiting presence in London through strategic relationships, referrals, and targeted community engagement focused on pipeline development
• Collaborate closely with the broader recruiting team on calibration, sourcing support, and operational rhythm while bringing strong local judgment
• Document what works in the UK market to inform future expansion recruiting efforts

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of full-cycle GTM or Sales recruiting experience, ideally within high-growth technology companies where both quality and velocity mattered
• Strong knowledge of the UK technology talent market and credible local networks, or demonstrated ability to build them quickly
• Proven track record of identifying and closing exceptional candidates, not simply managing inherited pipelines—you can point to specific hires you sourced who became strong performers
• Excellent sourcing and research capabilities with the ability to articulate why a candidate is genuinely differentiated beyond title and company pedigree
• Experience hiring across multiple GTM functions such as Account Executives, Sales Leadership, Solutions Consulting, Partnerships, Customer Success, or Revenue Operations
• Strong closing judgment: you listen carefully, understand what candidates are weighing, and can build conviction against serious competing offers
• Confidence to influence senior stakeholders, challenge mis-scoped searches, and improve hiring processes constructively
• Comfort using data to assess funnel health, diagnose issues, and have honest conversations about what needs to change
• High ownership mentality: you schedule next steps immediately, chase what's stuck, and take initiative without waiting for detailed direction
• Specific, sharp written communication—your outreach and updates should never feel templated

Nice to Have:

• Experience recruiting for fintech, SaaS, infrastructure, or complex B2B products
• Background as the first recruiter in a new geography or helping scale international operations
• Experience building AI-augmented recruiting research workflows

Pay

This role is based in London with flexible working arrangements. Our client offers equity participation and commission structure in addition to base compensation.
