This is a rare opportunity to join as Chief Operating Officer and drive execution across a rapidly scaling organization.

Responsibilities

As COO, you will own group-wide operations and execution across multiple business units, functions, and markets. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Translate strategic priorities into clear targets, ownership assignments, timelines, and detailed operating plans
  • Lead operating reviews to identify businesses, teams, or projects falling behind plan and drive corrective action
  • Resolve cross-functional challenges spanning product development, technology infrastructure, operations, people management, and commercial teams
  • Build scalable processes for planning, performance management, accountability frameworks, and resource allocation
  • Establish operating frameworks for new business launches, market expansions, and team formations
  • Identify and eliminate organizational structures and processes that create friction or slow execution
  • Step directly into critical projects when execution quality or ownership clarity is insufficient

What We're Looking For

  • Proven track record building and scaling operations within a technology company, startup environment, or high-growth business
  • Direct experience owning company-wide execution across multiple markets or business units
  • Deep understanding of business metrics, operating models, and organizational design principles
  • Demonstrated ability to diagnose why businesses or teams underperform and implement effective solutions
  • Highly analytical mindset combined with strong hands-on execution capability
  • Comfortable working directly with data, processes, and cross-functional teams rather than delegating exclusively
  • Operational leadership experience in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
