Social Media Assistenz (m/w/d) – Minijob

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential B2B SaaS organization in Berlin seeking a Social Media Assistant to execute and maintain their established Instagram content strategy. This is a hands-on role where you will:

• Execute the existing editorial calendar, ensuring consistent posting across Instagram
• Create posts, reels, and stories following established templates and brand guidelines
• Work with AI and design tools including Canva, Claude, and Meta's Creator Studio for daily content production
• Conduct daily Instagram outreach: research relevant accounts, send messages, and build connections
• Document and track all contacts, responses, and results in shared tracking systems
• Monitor and respond to comments and direct messages as part of community management
• Contribute ideas for improving content performance and workflow efficiency

What We're Looking For

Our client needs someone who is reliable, structured, and ready to take ownership of daily social media operations. The ideal candidate brings:

• Strong reliability and organizational skills—daily routine tasks are your strength, not a burden
• Deep familiarity with Instagram beyond personal use, including understanding of formats, trends, and what drives engagement
• Experience with Canva or similar design tools; willingness to learn or existing knowledge of AI tools and Meta Creator Studio
• Excellent writing skills in German—concise, clear, and audience-appropriate
• Fluent German language skills, written and spoken
• Berlin residency required—this is an on-site position in Friedrichshain
• Nice to have: Previous social media management experience, whether personal, academic, or professional
