Core Duties
- Greet all customers with genuine warmth and direct them to products or departments they're seeking
- Process purchases accurately and efficiently, handling cash, card, and digital payment methods
- Provide detailed information about bakery products, ingredients, dietary considerations, and seasonal offerings
- Listen to customer concerns with patience and resolve issues or complaints to their satisfaction
- Maintain store cleanliness, organize displays, and ensure products are well-presented
- Support bakery team members with stocking and product visibility during shifts
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a welcoming environment for every customer who enters
Qualifications
